I finished Park’s room yesterday. Finally got all his pictures hung and a sweet little alphabet rug to compliment his walls. He picked out his own Buzz Lightyear night light. I guess you could say it’s his own little contribution. :)

Completely finished my kitchen and bathroom this week,and got all of my furniture moved in today. I adore how it is coming together. Park and I are gonna have such a sweet little home. I am too excited.
Last night was great and I haven’t smiled so much in a long time. Sometimes I really love Austin.
Things are looking up.

Bought tons of original artwork for my apartment today. I should hopefully have everything in place by the end of the weekend.
Gonna be working on lots of decorations and paintings in the weeks to come.

I found old paint in the garage today I’m going to use to paint my bathroom. Hyped!
Also scored a free dining room set and a coffee and side table. Just gotta reupholster the chairs from the dining set.
1 day left til I move in. Sooo stoked on life.
Just to get into the holiday spirit I have decided to make chocolate covered strawberries, heart shaped cookies, and pink cupcakes for Valentine’s day.
I absolutely cannot wait to bake allll the time.
Bummed that I don’t have and dark blue or purple paint. I’ve used up all my favorite paint colors. I usually have these 4 or 5 that I use on everything.
I want a delicious meal.

I tried Jack in the Box last night, it wasn’t as great as everyone has been claiming. Although I did get a salad, so maybe I should’ve got a sandwich. Plus, they fucked it up. They had the worst service ever. And everyone who came in after us was morbidly obese.
Probably a good thing I got the salad after all.

So ready to get out of this house tonight. Holy shit the tension is out of control.
Finally got almost everything for my kitchen bought. Just need pans, a knife set, and a cutting board. I’m real excited to get the dinner table.
Parker and I are going to eat delicious home cooked meals together always. :)
I’m also really excited to make some sort of centerpiece for it.
